Apartment with independent entrance, located on the upper floor of my house with a living-dining room, a large air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and another single bed, independent bathroom and pantry with kitchen, and another air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and large independent bathroom. They also have access to an L-shaped covered terrace, where you can sunbathe in the afternoon as well as enjoy a lot of fresh air. At the end of the terrace, there is a laundry area and a waste disposal area, along with a metal spiral staircase that provides access to the entire rooftop, which is fenced. The area is quiet and upon arrival, the guest is provided with an explanation of the various nearby places to visit and the transportation to use. It is located 200 meters from one avenue and 400 meters from another, where urban transport and very economical taxi services operate (less than half a dollar or 200 Cuban pesos (CUP) to Vedado and 1 dollar or 400 CUP to Old Havana). Usually, payment is made in Cuban pesos.

However, we can coordinate with taxi drivers who can provide these services. There is wifi throughout the house. There is a cistern and an elevated tank. There are no water issues. It has street gas. At the ground entrance, there is a medium-sized room where you can store motorcycles or bicycles, and access to the upper floor via a staircase. Parking can also be coordinated at a house across the street. There is security; all exterior doors and windows are barred. Featured services: Parking, Wireless broadband Internet.
